The Pine Club Wine List
Since 1947 The Pine Club has developed a national reputation as a traditional, American “steak and chop house”. Our wine list is a unique selection carefully designed to compliment our "Classic Steak House" menu with an emphasis on reds that are heavily domestic. However, we continue to add more and more wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy, terrific Italian Barolo’s, Brunello’s and Chianti Classico’s as well as a number of great Shiraz from Australia.
The wine list begins with our own Pine Club Private Label California Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay. The entire list focuses on Cabernets and Meritage but also includes numerous Merlots, Pinot Noirs, Syrahs, and Zinfandels as well as 20 wines served by the glass. The strength of the “White List” is Chardonnay but Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Riesling are also represented.
The Pine Club Wine List includes many wines that are difficult to find in Ohio because of limited production or allocation problems. Some are outstanding vintages from great vineyards, while others on this list might simply be older vintages and no longer available. However, each and every wine is unique and will help you enjoy a special evening at The Pine Club. This is truly a "wine lovers" wine list with some classic wines at remarkable prices.
